It was far too cold in Verona to run an Art Toscana Painting Holiday in Italy. Shivering in front of an easel like Turner wrapped up in thermal underwear, gloves and a woolly hat would not appeal to our Art Toscana Painting in Italy guests. Did Turner wear a woolly hat? I don’t think so. They were hardy in those days!!
