Spring is here at Art Toscana, art vacations in Italy. It was 18°C today, several degrees higher than the normal temperature for this time of the year but a perfect temperature for painting in Italy. What a pretty picture this would make with the sun shining through the spring flowers.

This spectacular persimmon tree is so Christmassy; the leafless branches with orange fruits like baubles on a Christmas tree. At Art Toscana painting vacations our guests would love to paint this scene but when they are here in summer the tree is verdant green with no baubles.
