You may well think why a picture of Arnica Extra Forte Cream? It’s because it is a miracle cure used for soothing aches, healing grazes, preventing bruises and much more. Every year I tell myself, “don’t give it away”, but how can you not, when one of your guests on an Art Toscana Art Holiday in Italy needs it so badly. Luckily our local pharmacist stocks it. It is not the usual arnica cream, this is far more powerful and it certainly stings when you put it on a grazed knee or twisted ankle. I wouldn’t be without it, although I am at present, as the one in the picture was gifted to our guest who had an uncomfortable shoulder. Too much waving that paint brush around!!
