This is a picture of our lunch at Castellammare in Sicily with our Art Toscana Art vacations in Italy. You may think “very lovely but a bit small”. We started with oysters and followed up with parfait al mandorle. The sushi had no rice inside. You know how the rice is sometimes too much and a bit dry at the edges. Well, that wasn’t the case with this one. I can quite honestly say it was one of the most delicious lunches ever and certainly the best sushi ever.
